Meet Your Project Manager
Your Project Manager serves as your single point of contact throughout the process, starting with a 15-minute call to discuss your project and plan the time and place to meet in person.
Choose the Floor You Love
Your Project Manager will bring a Mobile Showroom to your home, or you can meet with your Project Manager (and interior designer, if you’re working with one) at our Designer Library.
Enjoy Your Professionally-Installed Floor
Your Project Manager will carefully select the best installation team for you and follow up to ensure that you love your new floor.
